This lanolin is pure 100% lanolin, rated above pharmaceutical grade with no additives or preservatives. Solid lanolin has many uses, but for centuries mothers have found this to be exceptional in aiding nursing mothers with breastfeeding, especially during the early weeks. Lanolin provides long term moisturising effects which helps to prevent cracks, eases soreness and heals nursing injuries. When used properly, it can also prevent yeast infections. Can also be used on dry, cracked or chapped skin. For babies, wash and dry under neck and behind ears and apply to avoid yeast from dripping milk and sweating before they can raise their heads. Can also be used as a Nappy balm.
We recommend using a liner when using with cloth Nappies.
How to use
To use, after each nursing, thoroughly wash and dry nipples. Apply lanolin and rub in to aid absorption.

This comes in a nice little pot so doesn’t take up a lot of room, although its easily lost amongst all the stuff in my change bag. I like it because I can undo it and apply one handed unlike the squeeze tubes. Nice soft lanolin that soothes my nipples. It’s helped massively with a couple of bite marks (ouch!)
