Delivery

COVID19 UPDATE

During this very challenging time we have reduced our shipping options for speed of processing and dispatch.

Delivery from £4.02 Via Royal Mail tracked 24 or £4.70 Next day via DPD and for orders over £40 Shipping will be FREE NEXT DAY via DPD ( mon-fri ) You can have Saturday delivery at an additional cost (Next day cut off is 14:30 after will be dispatched the following day)

Northern Ireland,  Royal mail Tracked 24 for £4.02 for orders under £45 or DPD Two day tracked service is £9 on orders under £45 and FREE on orders over £45

Ireland is £8.48 under £60 and FREE over £60

Europe is £10.65 for orders 100g or less then scales upward to 1500g at £20.81, or FREE on orders over £100 all sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and signed

International postage is a flat rate of £20 and any excess is refunded should it cost less.
We absorb as much of the cost of postage and never make money from postal charges.
If you are local you can even collect from us if you wish.
* Please note we may not be able to send heavy packages outside of the UK due to costs. Please contact us for a quote.

Returns & Exchanges

We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase/s but if for any reason you are not satisfied or wish to return or exchange your order then please Contact Us. If your order has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to cancel and refund immediately. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need an order stopped.

Products ordered online may be returned for a refund or exchange if they are returned unused & in their original condition. Returns/exchanges are subject to exclusions & restrictions that are listed below. For our UK Customers you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. International Customers must notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order. You must provide a proof of purchase & contact details.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned.

  • Products that are personalised, bespoke, altered or otherwise made to your specification.
  • Custom orders, (including custom quantities, designs, collections & sets)
  • Perishable goods (including Edibles & some hampers, gift sets)
  • Beauty products and fragrances
  • Certain accessories (e.g. pierced earrings)
  • Sale & Clearance Items
  • Gift Cards
  • Pre-Loved items (from the preloved section)

Postage refunds: For UK Customers, we will also refund you for your initial postage price to the value of our standard/basic postage cost only. EU & International customers we do not refund the price for original postage. For both UK, EU & International we will not refund you for return shipping costs.
Orders shipped outside of the UK, please note that we cannot return any taxes, duties or delivery charges associated with your order. You will be refunded the price of the products only upon return. Certain countries permit refunds of custom duties paid on product you subsequently return; however, you will need to apply to your local authority to process that. We are unable to support these applications or support return of import taxes & duties in countries that do not offer this scheme.

Exchanges
Please send your items back along with all your full details and what you’d like to exchange them for. If there is an additional balance to pay we will contact you on their arrive to arrange for the additional payment. If a refund is due this will be arranged in accordance with our refund policy above.

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note if you do not include a note your refund won’t get processed. Refunds are processed ASAP but your payment provider/paypal can often take about 10 days to deposit it back into your account.

Promotional discounts and refunds
If a promotional discount or coupon code was applied to your original order, the same discount will be applied to each product of your order upon return. You will only be refunded the amount that you originally paid for your order or any given product. Any free promotional gift given with your order or free gift/s given through a coupon code with your order must also be returned if you are returning the product(s) to which the gift relates. Refunds
We will endeavour to process your return on the day we receive your parcel, however, refunds could take up to 14 days. When the return is processed, you will receive an email confirming your refund. It will usually take five days from receipt of the email for your account to be credited, however some payment providers and payment types can take up to 14 days to credit your account.

International Refunds
If returning from outside the UK the customs label must clearly be marked as ‘RETURN’ (usually there is a tick box for this on the customs label) failure to do so could mean any customs duty Cubs n Foal is charge may be taken out of your returned price. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding what to put on the customs label.
